Call me crazy, but I would have thought that we didn’t need a formal guidance to keep arsenic out of infant cereal, because it is, after all THE 21st CENTURY. 🙄
But it seems I would be wrong.
The article goes on to say that “the agency’s data show that most products (74%) on the market are already below” action levels for inorganic arsenic, and that “significant improvements” have been made over previous year’s data.
Well, I would certainly hope so.
